Hello,
I'm most curious about the gene expression data for the human colorectal cell line, HCT116. I'm looking at data for this cell line for all genes tested from your downloads page (http://biogps.org/downloads/) for all 60 cell lines (NCI60_U133A_20070815.raw.csv.zip).
My question is about the state of the HCT116
cell line when the sample was taken and the experiment was performed. Had the cells been in their regular growth media (with serum) or in the absence of serum? If taken while the cells were in serum, how long had they been in serum conditions?
Many thanks (in advance) for your help!
Cheers,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Sorry for the delay in replying -- took us a bit to track down the
person who did those preps. That cell line (and most of the cell
lines) were all in regular growth media (with serum) the whole time.
