Glad to hear you are finding BioGPS to be useful. There are two
options for you.
First, you can find a gene that has your expression pattern of
interest, and then use the "Search by correlation" feature. (See
attached screenshot.) You then have to download those results, open
them in your favorite spreadsheet program, then copy them back into
the BioGPS search box.
Second, you can download all the raw data from our downloads page
(
http://biogps.org/downloads/) where you can have full control over
your query and filtering criteria.
