Hif1a NCI60 data

Hi ,

 

For your HIf1a NCI60 data you have several cellines in there twice and I do not see PC3 – was PC3 run on this array (and mislabeled)?

Hi Tom,

The replicates in our NCI60 data likely reflect replicate arrays that
were run. You might check the recently-released CCLE data set for PC3
expression: http://www.broadinstitute.org/ccle/.
