Dear BioGps,
I'd like to know what is the minor median level to consider a gene
expressed in a sufficient way to study it?
Thank you
Gabriella

Hello,

There is no universal threshold for "expressed" or "not expressed".
We suggest you choose a threshold based on your tolerance for false
positives and false negatives.

Cheers,
