No data for gene 57121 in the "GeneAtlas U133A, gcrma" data set.

 

Is it broken or is there insufficient data for a BIoGPS?

Hi Donald,

        It appears that Affy's HG-U133A chip (used for this GeneAtlas dataset) does not contain probesets for gene 57121. Their newer HG-U133 plus 2 chip includes this gene.
