Hello,

http://biogps.org/#goto=genereport&id=377677

The carbonic anhydrase II expression levels are nearly all identical.  I am hoping that this was an issue with the normalization procedure or data visualization and not the chip/readings.

Any thoughts on this?

Regards,

Harlan Barker

Dear Harlan,

Apologies for the horribly delayed reply. Most likely this reflects a
"dead probe set" that is not detecting the true transcript. It's also
possible that this gene is not expressed in any of the tissues
interrogated (since the expression values are quite low).

Cheers,
-andrew
