Hi!

I am comparing the BioGPS expression levels of some genes to the ones I got. And I noticed that the data is being taken from a pool of experiments that include some that do not interest me. Is there a way to filter out the experiments that I dont need and keep the ones I want?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

(Apologies for the late reply...)

First, keep in mind that the expression values are relative values --
they only make sense in the context of the other values for a given
probe set. So don't cull too heavily and attempt to interpret the
remaining numbers in vacuum.

Second, there is no way to filter samples directly within the
graphical interface. However, you can use the "download" tab to
download the raw values into a CSV file. From there, you can load in
your favorite text editor or spreadsheet program to select the values
you need.

Cheers,
