can't see the expression image

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report problems encountered when I was viewing the webpage of BioGPS, after input the gene name, I have to waiting for extremely long time for the picture, however, it never showed on the screen, I have no idea what happened, please help me figure out and resolve it.

Hello Yanbo,

For us to debug this we will need more information from you. What gene name did you search for? Also what browser and browser version were are you using? Your browser may have an old version of the gene report page cached that is preventing the new gene report page from displaying correctly. Instructions on how to solve this are in this BioGPS blog post: http://sulab.org/2012/07/data-chart-plugin-version-2-0/
