Hi, I'm a new user and I was wondering if there's a plugin that allows me to compare the expression level of gene's in a specific organ, cell type or cell line?
More specifically, I'm interested in the relative expression levels of cathepsins in RAW 264.7 cells. Is there a way to set BIOGPS up for that?

Thanks,

Hi Martin,

Apologies for the late reply... The default view of the data chart
viewer shows expression levels in a diverse set of tissues and cells.
So, for example, looking at the gene page for ITK
(http://biogps.org/gene/3702) shows that it is primarily expressed in
T cells. I don't believe that we have any data sets with the RAW
264.7 cells currently...

Cheers,
-andrew
