This is Not directly Biochar related, however, Mr. Fernando Reis in Portugal is looking for operating partnerships for (production/supply?) of RDF** fuels.

Note: RDF fuel pellets made with waste plastic have, apparently, worked quite well in various pyrolysis systems to make a kind of "char" that may be suitable for other applications besides soils.  I would expect that the oils from pyrolyzed RDF pellets may be quite useful in many applications (including, possibly as "fuels" with low/no 'water fraction' [?]).
