Glad to hear people are moving ahead with the biochar. It's going to
be key to our projects here in Hawaii.

I just put a post on my blog about current biochar projects--I hope
it's useful. The "group" has an event at my place on the 11-12 and
I'll be demonstrating barrel batching with s. guava, which is mostly
what I use. It produces a hard very high grade charcoal that's also a
valuable fuel source.
