How to control relationships between nodes?

I have created a new kind of Node, and i want to create a relationship between this kind of nodes and the other ones in Bio4j. After i created a new kind of relationship i have only to use method createRealtionships? How can i see if the relationship was correctly done??

Hi Dareios,

Yeah, keep in mind that the current version of Bio4j is in the end a Neo4j database so, when adding new content to it, simply do as you would do with a "normal" Neo4j DB . 

I would suggest checking Neo4j's official documentation in case you have any doubt about all this.
