Hi Ayush,

Could you point me out to the blog post/resource where you are looking this up?
The Server Properties file is a configuration file where basic parameters such as server port, database path, etc.. are set up. You can find more information about it here: http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/stable/server-configuration.html

About your second message, in theory once your instance has been launched you should be able to go to the public address provided (together with the port specified) and see Neo4j's Server administration interface.
