pharmgkb data

Hi all,

I was checking the currency of the pharmgkb data and it hasn't been
updated since 2009. Are there efforts (or at least published methods)
to perform the RDFisation of this dataset?

Hi Paul,

I am pretty sure that the code for Pharmgkb rdfisation is located in
the Google Code Semantic Science repository, at the following URL:

https://code.google.com/p/semanticscience/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fbio2rdf%2Fpharmgkb

Michel might know more about that, as that is his handiwork according
to the Subversion logs.
