Irefindex swissprot/uniprot namespaces

Hi all,

In the IRefIndex rdfiser we normalise a few different namespaces to
"uniprot:", but we are currently normalising "swiss-prot" and "sp" to
"swissprot" instead of "uniprot". [1]

Does anyone, in particular Jerven, know whether there may still be any
semantic difference between those namespaces in IRefIndex?

Yesterday I submitted an update to the bio2rdf-webapp repository on
Github to treat swissprot/trembl/uniprotkb etc all the same as
"uniprot", but that can also be reversed or updated if necessary.

Replace all swissprot by uniprot. That would be correct from our perpective. I.e we always use http://purl.uniprot.org/uniprot/$primaryacc
