Mistake in Problem Set 3, Eq. 1.7

Hi All --

Someone has pointed out that Eq. 1.7 in Problem Set 3 is incorrect:
the probability should sum to 1, not 0 (as written in the problem
set). I've posted an updated version of the Problem Set online.
