A pubic Thank You

The Tampa Bankruptcy Court has now signed off on all the known matters
as between the old Florida Naturist Park [a.k.a. Fairwind Lakes],
Karl Thomas and Bill Martin/Natura.

The Park has been returned to its rightful owner and further all Mr.
Thomas’s properties have been returned to him. The development of the
Park is now continuing and properties that were frozen while Mr.
Martin spun his web are now back for sale.

There is no way to express the immense damage that this debacle has
caused to the reputation of Naturism.

There is a way to express thanks to all the Naturists who got behind
the ugly ”Christian” siege that Bill Martin/Natura and their merry
band of crusaders engaged in. Those who mislead, demonized, lied and
laughed at the plight of the residents of the Park remain now at the
end, just as small and unimportant as they were at the start of the 5
½ year struggle. Perhaps even lesser in stature from when the assault
began, if that is at all possible.

We can give no thanks to the American Association for Nude Recreation
who did nothing but run and hide while the Bill Martin/Natura assault
on Naturism took place, but wish to extend all the very best to The
Naturist Society who constantly showed they not only talk the talk but
that they walk the walk when it comes to doing the right thing. We
highly recommend The Naturist Society.

Those who got involved, looked into the truth, and made their voices
heard on controversial matters in dispute are standing very tall in
the world of Naturism right now. Our special thanks and very large
debt of gratitude for all the help and guidance so unselfishly
extended go especially to cyndiann Phillips, Karl Thomas, Vivian and
Tim Beilski, Nanette Wynn , Richard C [unningham], Cheri Alexander,
Carole Davidson and several others who asked not to be mentioned by
name because of their positions and being subject to more frivolous
litigation out of Bill Martin..

Further thanks go to the residents of Fairwind Lakes who spent untold
hours and money in dealing with Bill Martin/Natura. You know who you
are and have clearly shown that you are one tough bunch to deal with
when needlessly angered.

I am personally deeply humbled by the sacrifice and assistance from
all those mentioned above.

Ever so respectfully, and in SOLIDARITY to now move forward in
furthering the wonderful world of naturism.
