Web-Site Structure and Function

So, I've dropped in a basic Wordpress install with a few extra
plugins, and the site is running a really nice (totally blank canvas)
theme with a ton of built-in SEO called "Thematic".

Yay!

Here's the trouble I'm having:

There is a lot of stuff that needs to be done to make this site
function, and I can only do part of it. We need someone to input
content/data/posts. We also need someone to make things look pretty/
readable/nice.

Is there a place that we're more likely to have content posted that I
can scrape and then post to our site?
