Hi, everyone,

I'm doing a story for Charlotte Magazine on commuting to work by bicycle and wondered if any of you would be willing to answer several questions about your experience.  I've included them below.  Please feel free to email me at: beth...@gmail.com

*Please provide your age and occupation.

*Where do you work and what are your favorite routes to work?

*What’s the strangest thing you’ve seen at dawn on a weekend?

*What’s the strangest thing you’ve seen at rush hour?

*Do you like bike lanes or prefer to ride in traffic lanes?

*What was your scariest moment on a bike?

*What was your most exhilarating moment on a bike?

*How do you deal with aggressive or deadbeat drivers? Have you ever had a run-in?

What are your best tips for successful bike commuting? (A place to shower uptown? Incentives local businesses offer for biking to work?  Any roads to avoid? Any cut-throughs that help you get uptown?, etc.)

*Do you have any suggestions for shopping for a used bike?

*Finally do you have favorite mountain biking trails in that area (if you do that as well)?

Thanks in advance!

Best wishes,

Beth Howard
