404 error on playback.

I get the following error: The requested URL /playback/slides/
playback.html was not found on this server.

I believe it has something to do with playback configuration but not
sure where to look. I can see the recordings listed inside of var/
bigbluebutton/ I see the audio.ogg events.xml Presentation and Temp
folder.

var/bigbluebutton/playback/slides/playback.html is there.

When I click on slides inside of recordings in moodle I get the error
above. Where would I configure the player to find the files?

Hi Dion,

Can you post the output of

  dpkg -l | grep bbb

You should see a package

ii  bbb-playback-slides               0.80ubuntuXXX

Let us know if you see the package with 'ii' in front.

Can you type

   dpkg -l | grep bbb

notice the '|' character, which is usually shift-\.
