Can't display Chinese file tile

Hi all,
When I'm using the latest BBB 0.8, I got the exactly same problem as
issue 594, http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/issues/detail?id=594
Have this issue solved?

There is a pull request for this and we are testing it. Once we are
done, we will merge it into the master branch.
