Connect to the BBB server

Hi,

 Iam unable to connect to the BBB server .......iam behind a corporate firewall and a proxt server .......can any one help me with this issue...?

Hi Prasanna,

Which BigBlueButton server are you trying to connect to?  If you are trying to configure a BigBlueButton server to run behind your firewall, see


Normally, you should be able to connect via tunnelling through port 80.  Try connecting to



However, if your proxy server restricts (or reshapes) the packets before sending them out, you may be prevented from tunnelling.  If this is the case, you'll need to connect with someone in your company's IT and find out if the proxy server is sending out packets modified or unmodified.
