Looks like the hostname changed on server, since you cant SU without
getting error.
Did you upgrade OS?

cat /etc/hostname

I'm surpised this is working since --check is showing you are running
12.04

You need to be running 10.04LTS in production, 12.04 is not tested
with known issues.

Hi Iván,

We (the core developers) design, develop, test, and package BigBlueButton for Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit and 64-bit.  We don't test on any other distribution.

Recommend you install on Ubuntu 10.04.  If you have problems with that release of Ubuntu, we can help you out.

We plan to support 12.04 in a future release.  See

Regards,... Fred

Hi Fred,

Is it possible to strip out voice and instant chat, so that I can have a hyperlink on my website, for those, features.

Then when the user is happy we launch the full suit?

Regards

Terry
