Subject: I/O error on loading presentations
Ciao, i've done a fresh new installation of BBB 0.71a (Ubuntu 10.04) from scratch. Everything works fine, except for load presentation function. When i press "load" (a PDF file) BBB show a message as "I/O error. Please contact system administrator.null"... need help please do.

ok. the problem described above seems to be only in 64bit hardware (client side) and flash 11.2.202.233 provided by Ubuntu 11.10. I'm still investigating and upgrading to 12.04 my Dell precision M4500. With Windows vista business 64bit, Ubuntu 11.10 32bit and 12.04 32bit everythng work fine.

ok. upgrading client ubuntu to 12.04 64bit doesn't solve. Below the log record: 4/30/2012 16:20:05.939 [DEBUG] Uploading file : ANIP - webinar TP.pdf 4/30/2012 16:20:05.939 [DEBUG] Uploadling presentation name: ANIP---webinar-TP 4/30/2012 16:20:06.001 [ERROR] An error occured while uploading the file. [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]
anyone can help me? What does it mean Error #2038 ? What is the cause/reason?

Can you check if you have disk space left?
Also, take a look at /var/log/bigbluebutton/bbb-web.log for clues.
