There is a youtube video demo too

It is possible to make an iOS app for bigbluebutton co-existing with the standard Flash web user interface?
Maybe with some backend code add-ons on the server?
I thought if maybe the bigbluebutton official development team design the iOS backend support architecture and the we can pay for a third party company to write the code (open source code) for the bigbluebutton foundation. Maybe with a specific iOS App donation campaign on the bbb main site, we can pay for the app.
Maybe not, just an idea.

Thanks for sharing this. Cisco is a great company, and they been
working on WebEX for many years.
It's definitely of interest to the core development team to create an
iPad interface. See
http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/IdeasPage#iPhone/iPad_Client
And this is an area where the open source community can definitely
contribute. But, at the moment, we're pretty focused right now on
implementing record and playback, see:
http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/RoadMap
So, if there was an individual/group that wanted to start working on
an open source iPad application for BigBlueButton in parallel, you
would have our support.
Regards,... Fred

I've been testing these some browsers on the new ipad to verify the
javascript benchmark and got impressed with this
But indeed it is puffin and it runs content on cloud and I must say that quality can degrade quite often and as a intensive ipad user I say that it happens. Much more handy would be if we had an App on Adobe Air or smth
