Most important - if you are planning to build something - make sure you
join the MTA developer group - there is good discussion there about the
files and the MTA staff are very responsive.

I'd like to second the usefulness and significance of this. I hope that
DoITT can actively participate in this BigApps meetup list or similar
mailing list to answer questions for future BigApps contests.
