Searching for 1-USB bifferboard case... Who has one to offer?

Hi all,
I actually have five 1-USB 8MB bifferboards, but no cases and no EU-power supplies for them. I already asked the official bifferboard shop, but they don't have these parts at the moment? So, has anyone a 1-USB case or a EU-power supply to offer?
