Subject: Re: Panniers
Hi,

Two years ago I bought a set of Basil Briefcase panniers from Chain
Reaction Cycles. None of the bike shops here had anything in stock and
only one was willing to order anything. These are not expensive, they
hold my laptop, lunch and change of clothes. They are not big bags,
but will carry about one sack of groceries each if the items are not
bulky. I've had no problem with them leaking. They are a bit heavy for
the small size and the mounting straps can be a bit of a pain but for
the price they simply cannot be beaten.
