Yes.  Look on ebay for a Sunup DS1-R.  Apparently it is a new item that 
fits on the rear wheel on side opposite the cogset.  I ordered one to try 
out. Only 125USD w free shipping.  It looks good. URLs provide for OEM site 
where more pix are available.  Note not for rear wheels with drum or disk 
brakes.  I will be posting a report with pix and data as soon after its 
arrival as possible.  If it is as advertised, it will be a lower cost 
solution for folks wanting a dyno
