Subject: Can we understand when will the "END" come ?

"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven,
but my Father only. 37: But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the
coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:36-37)

"Noe" = "Noah"

"For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and
drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe
entered into the ark, 39: And knew not until the flood came, and took
them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
42: Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come."
(Matthew 24:38-39, 42)

----------------

"Christ" compared his coming to "Noe flood". Let's study the steps of
that event more carefully :

a) God told "Noe" that he should make the "Ark" :
So, principally Noah knew that there would be a flood in future.
(2300 Days in Daniel 8:14)

b) God told "Noe" to go inside the "Ark" with the others: (last days)
So, he knew the flood was near but he did not know "the exact hour".
They were in the "Ark" for one week. (1290-1335, 45 days (years) of
Daniel 12)

c) The flood came and wicked destroyed. When flood came it was too late
for wicked.

------------------------

"But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what
watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have
suffered his house to be broken up. 44: Therefore be ye also ready: for
in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." (Matthew
24:43-44)

"Christ" said: "Therefore be ye also ready"
We should be ready, so thief could not suffer our house !

"For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a
thief in the night. 3: For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then
sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with
child; and they shall not escape. 4: But ye, brethren, are not in
darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5: Ye are all
the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the
night, nor of darkness. 6: Therefore let us not sleep, as do others;
but let us watch and be sober. 7: For they that sleep sleep in the
night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. " (1
Thessalonians 5:2-7)

If we could not understand the time of steps (a) & (b) then what does
this warning mean !?
What does prophecy mean !? Why is it given to us !?
When God gave Daniel the prophecy of "490 days", did it cause all
people to listen and believe it !?
Did some of them know about the prophecy and the signs !?
How did the "Wise men" know to come from far lands to find "The
promised Child" right on time !?
How did they understand the difference between "first" & "second"
coming of "Christ" !?

Only righteous could both "understand" and "believe" the "right time" !

People heared "warning of Noe" ( = "Message" = "Word of God" ) about
the flood, but they did not understand and beleive it, expect righteous
ones.

Also would be the same !?

"Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked
shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the
wise shall understand." (Daniel 12:10)
