Greece Hit by Strong Earthquake*

Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 struck
southwest Greece today, according to the Athens Geodynamic Institute on
its Web site. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
The quake�s epicenter was 193 kilometers west of the capital of Athens,
where the quake was also felt, according to the institute. The tremor
struck at 5:56 p.m. local time.
