6.1 earthquake shakes Costa Rica's Pacific coast

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - A 6.1 magnitude earthquake shook the Pacific
coast of Costa Rica on Monday night, the United States Geological
Survey said.
The quake was centered in the Pacific Ocean 46 miles southwest of the
capital San Jose at a depth of 18.2 miles below the sea.
Costa Rican radio said the quake was felt along the Pacific coast and
in the center of the country, including the capital, but no immediate
reports casualties or damage.
