Israel believes all means must be used to stop Iran's nuclear
program, Israeli Ambassador to Russia Dorit Golender said on
Thursday.
Golender told a press conference that Iran's Wednesday statement
and the country's nuclear activities "shows that Tehran tries to
use research for peaceful uses as a cover for what it does within
its military program."
However, the ambassador also stressed that Israel is trying to
solve all problems through peaceful means.
Earlier on Thursday, Iranian Ambassador to Moscow Mahmoud Reza
Sajjadi said here that Teheran would not suspend its building of
centrifuges, but was ready for talks with the six international
mediators, including the U.S., China, Russia, Britain, France and
Germany.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday unveiled
nuclear fuel rods, a new generation of centrifuges and a number of
radioactive medicines for the treatment of cancer.
The tension between Iran and Western powers and their close ally
Israel was simmering, as they accuse Iran of pursuing nuclear
weapons through its nuclear program, a charge categorically
rejected by Tehran.
