South Korean model found dead in Paris flat*

A TOP South Korean model has been found dead at her apartment in Paris,
an official said today.

Daul Kim, 20, was found dead today by French police, a foreign ministry
official in Seoul said, according to AP.

While local officials have not confirmed the cause of death, some media
reports have called it an apparent suicide.

The model’s agency, Esteem, said Kim's family were heading to Paris.

Kim began her modelling career in Asia, before finding success on the
London, New York, Milan and Paris catwalks.

Bloggers in South Korea mourned Kim's death, speculating the model was
feeling the pressure of her high profile modelling career and a loss of
identity.

In an October 30 entry on her blog, Kim wrote she was "mad, depressed
and overworked", and in another entry said "the more I gain the more
lonely it is ... I know I'm like a ghost," AP reports.

The last entry on her blog, dated November 18, was titled "say hi to
forever" and carried a video of the song I Go Deep by British singer Jim
