Mount Bromo volcano erupts in Indonesia
|The Mount Bromo volcano, to the east of Indonesia's central Java island, began a spectacular eruption late last month which has seen the region of eruption covered in thick ash.
Another series of eruptions occurred on December 19 which saw the volcano spew columns of ash up to 1 000m into the sky.
Residents have been forced to cover their mouths and noses to prevent themselves from breathing in the ash. - AFP
