Dear Mr. Natela,
We at the Biblical Christian Network are alarmed at your latest advertising campaign on television and on your website.
In a country where hard battles are being fought to ensure the safety and dignity of women, your campaign simply goes against that principle. It is our opinion that your campaign is demeaning and degrading to women, and simply objectifies them as commodities to share with others. While certain acts, and advertising may be legal, we have to wonder why anybody in the Beechies campaign could ever think that it is beneficial to run a campaign such as this.
It seems clear to us that your campaign via television and your website is geared toward the sexualization of our youth, leading to a future of heightened AIDS casualties and greater numbers of broken families, not to even mention the psychological scars that result from casual sexual encounters among youth. As adults we need to protect our youth against the smut that is always ready to entangle them, not become the cause of that entanglement.
Therefore, we at the Biblical Christian Network implore you to immediately put a stop to this campaign of glamorizing immorality and steer your company back to good family values.
Until Beechies rectifies this situation, we will, together with other groups across the nation, boycott all Beechies products.
Sincerely,
William Dicks
