viewing co-authored works

Hi,

At some point Claudia Holland requested the ability, starting on a person's page, click on a one of the co-authors to see a list of works where the two are co-authors. This is implemented now in master - there's a little icon on the co-author picture and clicking it goes to a paginated and sortable list of joint works. Note that while this looks like other lists of works it bypasses solr and hence isn't facetable, etc. I don't think this should be a large concern for this particular view.

Any further suggestions on this appreciated.
