To the West Hills Community,
As you know the state budget that is currently on the table anticipates cutting school funding to our district by close to $300 per pupil. It is expected that the legislature will be voting Friday on the budget.
Please join us in Lansing on Thursday, December 10, help us make a stand and show our legislature this is not acceptable. There are several parents planning on going and carpools are being arranged. Now, more than ever, we need your help in conveying that our state should not balance its budget on the backs of its most precious resources, its children.
