[WHMS-Parents] district-wide secure mode drill

Today at 10 am, Bloomfield Hills Schools conducted a district-wide secure mode drill. During the time of a potential threat in the community, our buildings will be placed in secure mode and students kept within the building’s protective envelope. I am pleased to report that our drill was successful, and we will be assessing what we learned and making adjustments to the procedures as needed. Our secure mode and building lockdown procedures were developed in partnership with the Bloomfield Township Police Department, and we will be sharing the results of our drill with them as well.
