SPIRIT WEEK:  TUESDAY AND THURSDAY SWITCHED! 

WHMS Spirit Week is this week, May 13^th – 17^th!  The theme for each day is as follows:

Monday = Pajama Day

Tuesday = Dress Up Day (previously this was Thursday)

Wednesday = Beach Day

Thursday =   Wacky Day (previously this was Tuesday)

Friday = Pink-Out Day (In support of those with breast cancer)

As a reminder the school dress code still applies!

 

 

4^th and 5^th Grade Field Day Volunteers Needed

Mark your calendars!  Field day is coming soon.  Field day is an exciting event filled with many activities in which your son or daughter can participate.  Grades 4 and 5 will take part in field day from 1:00 p.m.-2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22^nd.  

Parent volunteers are what make activities like field day a success at WHMS.  We need 40-50 volunteers for all types of events, clinic, clean up, etc.  If you are able to help during field day please fill out the bottom portion of the attached letter and return it to Mr. Boyd or your child’s classroom teacher by Friday, May 17^th.
