West Hills Middle School

Forensics Team

6^th in Nation!!

The West Hills Middle School forensics team competed at the National Junior Forensics League National Tournament June 24-27, in Des Moines, Iowa.  The 2010 national tournament was the largest in tournament history with 450 competitors entered in nearly 800 events.  West Hills, with its 14 competitors, captured 6^th place with many individual honors!  West Hills is the first middle school team from the state of Michigan to ever compete at Nationals.  The team is coached by Rachel Warnecke and Rachel Matz.
