Dear Parents:

 

I hope your summer is going well! Student registration information is now posted on our website. Within the next couple days, you will receive the WHMS Summer Newsletter which outlines important details about the upcoming school year. For your convenience, I have attached the newsletter to this email and posted it on our website.

 

AUGUST STUDENT REGISTRATION – SAVE THE DATE

To access student registration information, visit our website http://westhills.bloomfield.org/  click on “Student Registration.” The first item is “Registration Instructions by Grade Level” this document outlines all the forms that you will need to: print, complete and submit during registration (8/25 – 8/27). If you have more than one child, please attend either date/time and register your children all at once (no need to attend twice). If for some reason you are not able to attend during the dates and times outlined below, please plan to come into the office to complete the registration process during the week of August 30^th.

 

Registration dates and times are as follows:

 

4^th & 5^th grade   August 25^th 8-11 a.m. & 1-3 p.m.

     6^th – 8^th grade              August 26^th 8-11 a.m. & 1-3 p.m.

Make-Up              August 27^th 8-11 a.m. & 1-3 p.m.

 

 

 

Additional Info: Please see the attached flyers from the Michigan Department of Health regarding new immunization requirements. (effective as of January, 2010, and concerns all incoming 6^th graders)
