Dear West Hills Parents,
This Thursday evening, June 17th, at 7 p.m., the BH Board of Education will be voting on the Facilities Master Plan 2. Adoption of this plan wraps up many issues, but the one paramount to most parents is the building of a new high school, or renovation of the existing high school, at the Andover site and consolidation of both Lasher and Andover high schools. More detailed information regarding the plan can be found at www.bloomfield.org under the Facilities Master Plan button on the right hand side of the screen.
We know the last week of school is hectic for everyone, but we encourage you to attend and voice your opinion at Thursday night's meeting during Public Comment. The school board welcomes input from all its constituencies, but parent voices are too often absent. If you can't attend the meeting, please consider sending your thoughts via email to any one of the board members. Email addresses for our board members follow this note.
