Dear All,

 

Yesterday, I heard a news on TV that CBI will start investigations of Acharya Balkrishna in fake passport case.  We all know that this is nothing but harrassment of Baba Ramdeo and Acharya Balkrishna.  The Government was and is silent on whatever is going on in  other Trusts floated by corrupt politicians,   Even Subramanya Swami has to remind our Prime Minister about the permission he sought on 15/4/2011 in filing court case against Ms Sonia Gandhi  but instead of giving such permission, the Government is showing  swiftness in initiating  cases against Baba Ramdeo and Acharya Balkrishna because Baba has challenged the Government on Black Money & Corruption.

 

A am planning rather decided to send some amount by cheque  in their personal names  because if they use any fund to fight their cases of these trusts/companies, then the Government will charge them again for misutilising the public money given to those trusts for their personal purposes.

 

I shall be glad if you give your honest opinions at the earliest.

There is nothing to be afraid about  any such enquiries as they have done nothing wrong. There may be spome technical error, but for that the Issuing Authorities are also responsible. The fact that Govt is resorting to harassing tactics clearly indicate their guilty conscious and they are themselves exposing their true ugly  face before the public. Such a  Govt cannot last longer and eventually untruth suffers. Therefore, let us concentrate on our agitation against corruption and make all efforts to wake up the public to the need of the hour.

We have to take the help of Supreme court in this aspect. No problem on probing into property of Swami Ramdev and his friends. But Govt must have a procedure. What are the pending cases of enquiry on Disproportionate Asset cases or Income Tax evasion cases. Those should be conducted in order of merit.

Second point, Govt is in power for last 11yrs. Is it possible that Govt officers are defectively assessing tax and property of Patanjali Yoga Peeth? Those officers should be prosecuted .

Third point, when govt failled to assess no of gathering at Ramlila Maidan on 4th June 2011, it should resign on lapses of intelligence.

Delhi Police on the first hand explained that action was taken to protect Ramdev's life as he was targetted.

Same Delhi Police has given explanation to Supremecourt that permission was given for 5000 persons for yoga shivir, not for hunger strike. What proof the police have that people were at hunger strike? Have the police tried to offer them food?

What precaution the Delhi police took to see that all ladies and girls reach their home safely in the midnight when they were disbursed force fully from the Maidan?

Do not worry. Now common man is convinced that Britishers have left  India, but their software is running in India and Sonia Gandhi has taken permanent maintenance of the software. Once people understand, they will change the software at right time.

BST should maintain the movement till next election.

We should think up a way how we can stand against the congress.

Because they assume as they are hitlers and we have to prove that this is a democratic country.

All of their steps and policies to save them selves to be ruined.

collect email adresses of media persons from news papers, magazines, TV , including national and regional.... ask them questions why they dont air/ publish allegations reaised by Subramanyam swamy on sonia gandhi????

 

ask them why they didnt air/publish nira radia tapes???

 

ask them why the joker Digvijay is shown every second day and not subramanyam swamy???

 

spread messages to media persons why they are not asking congress leader sonia gandhi to declare her assets and re to allegations raised by subramanyam swami...
