Our speaker for tonight's event, Ronica Roth, has come down with
laryngitis, and it doesn't look good for her recovery in time to speak
tonight.
So Larry Cross and I, your hosts for the event we'd hoped to
facilitate tonight, would like to "ask the team": what should we do
about tonight's meeting?
1. Postpone until Ronica can come back. She's committed to doing so
sometime soon, when her travel schedule allows
2. Cancel the meeting and give everyone a night of found time.
3. Hold the meeting, but talk about something else.
4. Hold the meeting and see if we can attract people to talk about
product management issues.
There may be other options; please suggest them. I can just walk into
the team room and ask all of you and hear you consider the options, so
it's harder than in real life.
We'll make a decision by 2 p.m. today, the last responsible moment,
with your help and input.
Cheers.

I vote for 1 and 2 (since they seem to be useful in combination):
> 1. Postpone until Ronica can come back. She's committed to doing so
> sometime soon, when her travel schedule allows
> 2. Cancel the meeting and give everyone a night of found time.

But Larry and I, reviewing what we've received and consulting our
crystal balls and guys, have decided to try to rebook Ronica as soon
as we can and CANCEL TONIGHT's MEETING in both Seattle and Redmond.
We hope you understand and support us in this call, and we're all
looking forward to our next event. Help us plan it and hold it: we
need the energy and help!
Cheers.
