It's working on both my Google Apps account and vanilla Gmail account,
FF 3.0.7, OS X 10.5.6, BG2 0.7.3.2.

Try updating Firefox? And make sure you're using BG2 0.7.3.2.

Not working for me either.

FF 3.0.7 WinXP SP3 BG0.7.3.2; No other greasemonkey scripts running on
Gmail.
Have also restarted and cleared FF cache.

Thanks,
Russ

Additional info...

I marched though the BG2 options one by one and the only one not
working is hiding the SPAM count. Everything else seems to be fine.
Strange.

Thanks,
Russ

Also not working for me. This may be some extension or GMail Labs
feature interaction.

I'll have to disable things and see if it fixes this issue.

Can't trace the problem here. It simply will not work.

I'm also running FF v3.0.7 and BG2 0.7.3.2

Ok, questions to debug this:

If you install the standalone script with Greasemonkey, does it work?

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/22660

Alternately, if you create a brand new clean Firefox profile and
install *only* Better Gmail 2, does it work?

Here's how:

Installing the stand-alone script didn't fix the problem.

I haven't ried the new FF profile test yet.

Two discoveries:
1) This only happens in my Gmail for my Domain
2) When I use the "labs=0" option to load this account, Hide Spam
Count works
3) The only two labs features enabled for my Domain but not personal
Gmail are Offline or Forgotten Attachment

It's Offline. Just installed it for personal Gmail and it broke the
script.

According to Google, when you use offline, you have to wait "up to 48 hours" for changes to happen (this, amongst lab features).

Not sure if it applies to Greasemonkey scripts too.

I'm not sure what the 48 hours thing means, but I only needed to wait
about 48 seconds to see that once Offline was enabled, my spam count
was visible. I appreciate your comment, but I don't think the 48-hour
waiting period is relevant in this case.

Can anyone confirm that they have this problem *without* offline
enabled? Just trying to hash out if it's one issue or two issues with
the same symptom.

Worksforme on FFx3.0.7 using a Vanilla Gmail account with no Offline. (Offline is enabled, but data isn't actually sync'd)

It also works on FFx 3.1b3, again, without using Google Gears.

Thanks for finding this problem. It seems the "Outbox" label that
Offline adds to Gmail disturbed the Hide Spam Count script.

The problem should be fixed with the last update:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/22660

Please keep me updated if you still have problems.

Thank you Arend!

Can the folks who this wasn't working for before confirm that Arend's
update fixes the problem?

Once I have confirmation, I'll update Better Gmail 2. Thanks in advance.

My Spam count is now suppressed. However, my Bin folder is being
labelled as Spam. The only way I see the correct name is when I
select the Bin. Wierd.

Anyone else noting that they have two spam folders, but that it's
actually the bin folder mislabelled as spam?

I saw this problem too. But it should be fixed with with today's
update:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/22660

Are you sure you installed the latest version? And maybe make sure
that you don't accidentaly have a second, older version of the script
running in Greasemonkey. Also make sure you disabled the Better Gmail
"Hide Spam Count" option.

Works for me, in Apps and regular Gmail. Thanks for the prompt
response, Arend!

Ah.... I had the Better GMail 'Hide Spam Count' option still enabled.

Since disabling it, my Bin now remains labelled as 'Bin'.

Thanks,
