I have just started using some really nice scripts for Google Scholar,
and I really think combining them into an extension would be awesome
(as well as fixing some of them up a bit). I hope to get to the latter
when I have more time, but here is the combination I have been using:

Google Scholar Citation Explorer - this has got to be the coolest
thing I have ever seen. Allows for cross linking across selected
citations, and it even remembers your selections across sessions.

Google Scholar immediately available - this searches for and
highlights (by making text larger) links which are pdfs. I think this
could use some slight tweaking so that links maybe have a pdf ico next
to them since the larger text creates some viewing difficulties. Still
handy. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/36647

AutoPagerize- this is your standard autopager, that works really well.
Unfortunately, it does have problems working with the "Citation
Explorer" which might be a deal breaker unless someone could figure
out the conflict. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8551

Google Scholar Fixed Topbar and Numbering- this is handy in combo with
the above scripts, though it is a little shaky. http://userstyles.org/styles/7977

Google Web Search- Dark Gray - I think a darker them helps things out
immensely if you don't like eye strain. This theme works alright with
google scholar, but has issues with the "fixed topbar" which reverts
to the normal white them. http://userstyles.org/styles/1693

If someone would be interested in helping me integrate these, and just
allowing options for the pagerize or theme settings, I think it would
great, really really great.

Sounds like a good idea. I don't use Scholar very much, but this is a
solid number of scripts to start out with. What I usually do is
contact the authors and ask for their permission to include their
script in an add-on, and then once I get the ok, use my Greasemonkey
multi-script compiler to put together the add-on. If you don't mind
talking to the authors, I can do the compiling bit--that's a good time
to ask them about the conflicts as well.

Thanks for responding. I will get on it and see how they feel about
it. Most of the scripts are pretty cosmetic, with the exception of the
citation explorer which is a pretty neat script to cross-reference.

Will let you know when I hear back from them.
