Tonight at 10pm CST we will be taking down the MySQL database server to
increase available database space. As the method of storage is changing,
this may take quite a while, but services should be restored before the
end of the normal maintenance window.

As of about 10:00 p.m. CST last night the Footprints database encountered an error. Footprints is currently unviable and and ITS is working to resolve the issue. We will update you with more information as it becomes available.

I am now correcting possible corruption on one more volume. All areas

The volume for Home Directories 'A' and 'B' are done with corruption
correction and those Home Directories are now available.
I am now doing the same for the second of three volumes. Home
Directories 'E', 'F','G','H', and 'I' will be unavailable for a while.

The server bsp-nas had to be restarted again this evening to recover
from an irresponsive state. All Home Directories and Shares were
brought back.
Through this process there were reports of disk corruption. This
corruption is being repaired at this time. Home Directories beginning
with 'A' and 'B' are currently unavailable until this process is done.

On Saturday, October 31, At around 10:30PM CDT all Shares from BSP-NAS became unavailable. The Server has been restarted and all Shares are available as of 11:30PM CDT (Saturday, October 31).
