Subject: [its-outages] Banner production environment unavailable Friday night

The Banner production environnment (PROD8 INB, SSB, blink Banner channels)
will be unavailable Friday night, 12/21/2012, from 10 - 11:30PM.  A cold
backup of the PROD8 database will be made during this time which will be
used to refresh the Banner development environment instances (QUAL8, PPRD8,
etc.).  Please send me an email if you have any questions.
