Our Touchnet system is currently down for an upgrade. All credit card
processing including giving, Bethel online 'stores' and bill-payment will
be affected until the system comes back online. Touchnet is a contract
hosted system so the length of the upgrade is out of our control. Touchnet
estimates 4 to 8 hours for an upgrade, so we expect the system to return
later this afternoon.
